Expresiones Del Corazón Buffalo Trace Old 22 Añejo

This Expresiones del Corazón is an incredibly balanced and beautiful tequila aged for 22 months in Buffalo Trace barrels that held whiskey for 22 years. Grassy with notes of lemon and asparagus to start, before brightening with notes of tequila and a Meyer lemon on the finish. The agave steals the show but the vanilla notes and caramel balance it out very nicely.
